This video captured the essence of our Inside the 18 Training Series. We had two age groups, 8-12 and 13+. Goalkeepers trained separately from the field players for the first 60 minutes, then they came together for applied training at the end. Lots of shots on goal, lots of goals, saves…and smiles!
