Soccer speed & agility

Speed & agility are a huge part of sports. We are now offering stand-alone Speed & Agility Training Sessions along with our Summer Academy.

These are 30 minute sessions focused on speed, agility, balance, explosiveness and body control in a soccer environment.

Wednesdays:  6:40 – 7:10
