ABOUT

Finesse Soccer’s unique training programs are designed to be a fun-yet-technical apporach to teach and inspire this generation of brave, strong and powerful players on and off the field

Kansas City's All girls soccer training Academy

Finesse Soccer was founded in 2010 by local soccer standout Carrie Fry Robinson and has grown to an all-female team of trainers all with the same desire: to share our love of the game with the next generation of players. Whether your player is new to soccer, moving from recreational to premier, wanting to move up to the next division, or working toward a college scholarship, we want to be part of their soccer path – as a trainer, mentor and member of their fan club.

We are an independent soccer training academy and not affiliated with any team or club.  Our skin in the game is keeping your kid in the game. Training with Finesse Soccer supplements team training. Our goal is to make players better and their teams stronger, to keep players in the game by providing a healthy and inspiring outlet for skill development, self-confidence and growth. Training opportunities include summer camps, team camps, and skill specific clinics throughout the year.

Coaching Staff

The Finesse Soccer coaching staff represents a variety of countries around the world and various levels of play within the soccer environment. Our staff includes college coaches, former and current professional players, international players, and college soccer players. Our youngest coaches are our Coaches in Training, high schoolers who want to get involved in coaching and are paired with one of our experienced coaching team members.

All of our coaches are trained by our Camp Leadership Team. They are selected based on their character, passion and leadership qualities. We want positive role models coaching and seek out those who excel on and off the field. Key qualities we look for in a coach: passionate mentors, expertise and experience, emphasis on sportsmanship, inclusive and supportive, and those wanting to make a positive long-term impact on our campers’ lives and youth soccer.

Partnerships & Community

Giving back to our community is woven into the fabric of our culture. Here are some local organizations we support through no-cost training, mentorship and donations.
